In What Darkness Hours

In what darkness hours do I ponder of incantations
Of harping misfortunes hidden behind a knowledge eye;
Their sorrows are of nocturnal winds blowing the roofs,
Passing in a same dirge in ancient eyes weary and irksome.

What to say, when you're all out of breath
What to do, when you're so close to death
How do you live on, when the machine says you won't
When your family says do, but the doctors say don't

If life were a dream
I'd Go back to a time
A time when I was young
So careless and free
When all that seemed to matter
Only mattered to me

Which learn`d old age breath bound youth
In a same line;forthright with stern contempt
Making way for a rebukation then I sigh
The inevitable amiss I cannot avoid myriad to count.

Exulted Relation

In this hour lock`d in a recluse breath
Newly sprung with a stagnate year;
I picture evocations of reminisced mirth
We re-lived yesterday with high humour.

a trundled heart
             a morosed soul
                 a stifled spirit

he loiters on the decrepit lot
              ransacking peckishly for hoard
           donned with sleazy drabs

                slumbering in curbs and culverts
                   the morrow mundane with stagnancy
                      beseeching their modus operandi

hovering the prospects their status quo
to them a siver-lining is but a reverie
                hope a four letter word

tranced in gutter wretched for ever
                         trill`ng dirges mock their faculty
                           the living dead

                            the dead weight
                         the loafers
                      the smouldering pyres

                       all span marked to ruin
                 ...signifying nothing.

Under My Skin

Melissa,
My catalyst.
My lack of strength,
I deem you Melissa –
For the one who brought me to this party,
Then disappeared
And left me here alone.

How did I let you become so important
To allow myself to choose this,
To turn to something I'd never –
Something I'd always viewed with disgust?

And even still,
It's disgusting
And dirty
And beneath me.
And now I am what I disgust.

I let it seep in,
And now it's in my skin,
Under my skin
It got in.

I think you found my missing poem,
An accident I assure you,
And now you're reading me all wrong.

Please grab hold of some perspective,

Here I am sitting up at night alone with thoughts racing through my head
Am I good enough, am I happy, or am I better off dead
Sometimes I can't control these thoughts that take over my mind
To others they seem so silly, but to me my sanity is on the line

Petrified, peculiar and punctual
She was there
Night after night
Same dark room
At the same damn time

Very gruesome story. You have a dark side, I see.
