My heart races when I think your name.
Sensory overload boom, hormones outta control bang!
You drive me CRAZY! Yet never felt so sane.
I can't focus, yet i see it all so clear.
I want you next to me, I'm afraid to have you near.
Pursue me! Pursue me! Let me run and have you chase.
Till I tire and let you look deep into me.
Stand your ground or shall you flee
The hunter is now the huntee'

I got a permanent scar today,

Because I was thinking of you.

Thinking that if your fingers burned,

From jalepenos and hot oven racks,

You would laugh,

   Haha!!!

Enchantment. Insanity. Thoughts of you entwined.
Your like a poisonous ivy, wound round, and round my mind.
When I'm confused I think of you, and in this way you are my muse.
Ideas spark, alive, fresh and new,
Your insemination of my mind helps to create something long overdue.

 On Nostalgia T.V.

The Lady in the Dark Room is the most played

In a realm of high definition regrets.

Back in a better time,

I washed up on the pier

As a glass man carrying shattered thoughts

I feel so much for someone I have never touched,

My heart is alive but yet I feel like I'm blind,

My head is in the clouds way up high, all loved up, I'm not gonna lie.

What might of started as a bit of fun, is now my world, my moon, my sun,

Shining so bright, yet so out of sight, feelings so strong I feel I have to write.

Think of me not as being late

Fancy the dragon that had to be slain

Fancy Luftwaffe who took out the bridge

Let us be reasonable won’t you peach

Think of it not as there being another

Of me as unfaithful won’t you rather

Grant that again the mayor’s in trouble

And I am his cover his rarely used double

The late night scene burdens

On the turbulence of the 9 to 5 workers.

Here, the Writer finds the neon for his voids.

Boiling loins burning through piss stains

And pissed drunk membranes.

Here slither sluts, outcasts, frats, niggas, and crackheads,

Gathering birds begging for Night’s breads.

And once again, the Writer flicks lonely cigarettes,

These daughters of Jim beam whispering wet thighs.

She has been lying awake for hours

Too scared to even move

Trying not to awaken the devil

Dread pulsates through

Morning approaches

Same torment

Different day

Fear even penetrates her sleep

Dreams replaced by nightmares

You think there is nothing wrong

Why don’t you listen to my voice

And not your own

Living in your own world

Look in my eyes and see

My vacant expression

Feelings have drifted

No longer connected

One foot out the door

With every fall,

it gets discovered a new depth,

Depth of disgrace,

Depth of disregard,

Depth of eyes, their ignorance,

Shallow hearts & heartless chests.

It is enlightening to stand,

to stand in front of a shut door,

to stand still and wait.

Faith gets tested,

and then the hope.
