I am yet again lost inside myself,
Trapped in the echoing corridors of my psych,
Bound tight by the weight that is my loath,
I am the crooked puzzle piece, I am the degenerate,
I am the fallen foothold of the quickened race.
Sometimes I am ellusive to the corrosion,
I am void of the commonplace loop-
But it always seems to constrict around my throat,
That nauseating sorrow that is always there.
T...hey always try so hard to be decent,
and maybe that begins my fall-
The thought that I am just a pleasant stranger,
The same as a hook upon the wall.

I will not descend into this mirage of such bright white
Where false pretence pretends to be with bright light
As death consumes a dreamer’s heart in religious code
Truth will carry us into chasms without false chalets of gold
For distinguished in bright light is human’s coldest wet snow
The lie we die for and its passage home

I’m gonna nibble some neck
Under this red blood moon
Howl a fang sang song
With eyes in full bloom
Gonna make my mark
Two petite puncture wounds
Mesmerize your eyes
To do what I do
With juice so warm
Like midsummer June
I can wait anymore
Kissing spots of perfume

This love for life…
I pause at its description
For it truly is an addiction
Unexplained by its diction
Charades, facts and fictions
Within our art and science
A relationship without alliance
Our acceptance of defiance
Our intermittent thin reliance

Seashells in rich red dirt,
Treasures birthed from the urban grass strip,
Hidden Honolulu.

When oft forgotten the truth last sought,
and whole dreams are no longer bought,
with daring whispers all for naught,
then there will I stand.
With defiant leper's glaring eyes,
cutting trenches in marbled lies,
seeking darkness in light's disguise,
then there will I stand.

On Nostalgia T.V.,
The Lady in the Dark Room is the most requested
In a realm of high definition.
An obsession and picture at it's most ecletic.
Back in a better time,
I washed up on the pier a glass man carrying shattered thoughts, in grizzled palms.
All consumed by awe of greenish-brown seas on Charm City's Amistad.
Blackened white to rust the rust colored promenade,
Laying me to rest with diesel churned lullabies

Desperate knuckles cling cautiously
Creeping microscopically
On earth’s granules and stone
Cliff scraping edge to bone
Frighten fingers mown
Unclear of this new found fear
Letting loose ever so slow
Into the nowhere below
Everything is so unclear
.
Cold coughs from cave rises
Lung surprised at cold rise and fall
Mumbled words barley heard
Slink down the mossy walls

Lonely as I've ever been,
I crave the Nirvana,
That sits right between reality,
And the dark recesses of my mind.
That floating weightlessness,
That feeling of nothingness,
That blackened dustiness.
Lonely as I've ever been,
I spend my day seething with rage,
Growing farther and farther from compassion,
My rolling eyeballs breaking in their sockets.

You acted like you weren’t aware
I acted like I didn’t care
We both act like it isn’ t there
A glare, a stare, flair, affair.
You crack a joke
I try not to notice the way you spoke
Whatever from me you took
A look, a book, smoke, woke.

What is consciousness in cloud rich memories?
Every entity is She, He, Them;
Decomposing lenses clutch these weary eyes.
Another yesterday passes forward.
I saw you then and now.
Maybe once more,
One of these seconds.

A fledgling phoenix wades in the ashes of the Before.
She seeks mother's warmth, only to be scorned by her misdeeds.
Twisting karmic balance, he all knowing father Time resents her defiance.
Sweet phoenix is a child complacent to his will;
Never wanting or wishing, but the chilling smell of undeath lingers.
