What is a man's worth..?
Is it how much money he makes in a day?
Is it how famous he is on this Earth?
Maybe it's how heavy his cars weigh..?
If you are living in total poverty,
does that make you less than the rich?
Does wealth make others better than you and me?
'Cause I'm pretty sure that's not how Death sees it.
See, Death isn't into criticism or anything like that.
He doesn't take you for being good or bad.
He takes you only when your time's up, and that's that.
He doesn't care how poor you were or how much money you had.
He doesn't care if you were influencial or not,
Or if you lived in a big ol' mansion.
He doesn't care if you were pretty and hot,
nor does he care for fame and fashion.
Should you die penniless, it doesn't really matter,
'cause true wealth lies within you.
Being rich doesn't make you better,
it's about what you say and what you do.
People need to realize this and accept it.
We shouldn't be so hung up on fortune and fame,
'cause we all eventually kick the bucket...
And under the grave, we are all the same.
