I have taken so long to learn.
There are no ropes to it.
Just candles to burn.
Seasons change.
The globe revolves.
Tides turn.
The Moon calls.
Why is it so hard to know this all?
I simply recall.
One night to date
When I called for milk
Mother's hand came

A blessed wake

Lessons harden

From Dad

Scrambling for a smile

Easy -going
Cool as breeze
Slings and cravings
Forged aside
Ridden through
Daring nights
Lost in sequence
Bells in toll
Only God knows
Heaven foretold
