Champagne by fire
Moonlight beaming on never ending sand
Who says old souls can't make young lovers?
Look at the way she touches his heart
Look at the way he touches her hand
Whispers of sweet nothings
Soft and ever so sweet
Moments last revealed to render
Remember the splendor when two hearts dance the dance
Love falls with rose petals
Soft and pink
Sometimes short
But always sweet
As nirvana draws
The seagull calls
Love swallows the stars and the burning sand
When two hearts exist
Like nothing else exist
As if there were some plan to the miracle of woman and man
I'll take my champagne warm
Like a summer storm
Raindrops fall hard
They pound the yard
A castle of love rises from the sand
It all started with a smile
It lasted a while
The souls whispers
Never so soft
But oh so grand
The whole world melted
And was never missed
Every play needs a stage
Everyone wants to be touched
Everyone wants to be kissed
Maybe it was all for nothing
An illusion of a brighter future in my past
I really don't care if it was real
Ride the storm forever
As long as the miracle last
Love is a play
Life is the stage
Sometimes the winds blow
Sometimes the waters rage
