Welcome to the Nightmare

(The Black Guardian)

So I've been welcomed into the nightmare, but when will you let me out?

Poisons are releasing, through my veins I tried to cut my doubt

as you grazed my heart slowly. I always recede to nothingness, this is what I am,

because you made me.

Won't you elevate my consciousness, and give me back that thing

you call it life?

My sick maker, fiddled with my flesh until it was fresh

and the scent was just right.

You are so sick, but how sweet your evil, that tempts me always to graves

to mess and play with bones, like my own.

So call me an archaeologist, this is what I am.

I could have been a beauty doll, made up for you

With green eyes bleeding into your seas

keeping your world alive, as you the puppet god

pulls at all my strings, until each tug

Hurts, and my hair falls out.

And soon, you'll see, I will be an ugly muse.

Black Guardian, watch your footsteps,

You're hanging on little more than tainted wire

and there is more than dread in the air, more than just the dead

Don't call me, I'm well hidden, buried away,

But unlike you, I won't play, when will you let me out?
