Into the abyss I fall
my heart sinks as I am surrounded
with darkness
- my eyes are useless to me now.
Air rushes past me or it's more that
I am descending through it.
I suffocate as I struggle to take
in a breath
wind beats hard across my face
making me gasp.
Endless fear dwells within me,
- A burning heat in my soul.
When will my fall end and how
badly will I suffer when I've fallen
so hard?
