Many I`ve seen dwindling to naught and be living shadows
Devoid of use or light.Dearest friend I see light in your face
If only you can stop puffing your lungs and reddening your lips
Feeding the addiction.Take nothing from the truism proverb,
A tiger never changes it`s spots:sometime ago you came to your senses
But now you`re puffing chanting the same song sung by many of stopping.
O!Vulture be feared for you have taken many in your flight,
Poised to poison the deceived casting a spell of doom lamented by time,
To take off from a bough roaming the sky kingly with single intent-
To crush and destroy many soul.Hushly in manner they gather secretively in places
Far from sight crushing and piping,then in dreamland all lost are amended.
Delighted,I came once to freshen some memories and to the room
I sat reading some articles.You came sucking and puffing
Suffocating the room,gently with treacherous arm gesturing me to
Just for once.In that stance of betrayal and shock
I saw but a dwindling star fading to naught,always vanquished
By the addiction.
The unsavoury flight done comes a rest with souls befallen by death
Soon their carcasses will be the pleasure ants and maggots
And bereaved folks with kins weeping morosely
As they come to dust like flies,insentient vulture be feared
For your flight is ne`er done.
