My fate was sensed as a youth
the ways ot the world:
of sin
of starvation
of poverty.
I grew into an awakening
to dedication for:
the poor
the hopeless
the starving.
Always striving
my grail full of brotherhood.
Maturity brought an awareness
that people are happy
when their souls are free
and while yet I strive,
all is well with God and me.
