A bumble bee flying in the air
Did see a lady passing fair.
He thought this lady passing grand
And so he landed on the lady’s hand.
The lady scared of the bumble bee’s love
Did give the bee a little shove.
While trying on her hand to cling
The bee did give a little sting.
And though it cause the lady strife
It ended the little bumble bee’s life.
