Gatz didn’t decide to start writing until after his divorce, so forgive his overly emotive pieces. He now lives in NC with his two snakes, Nabokov and Kundalini, and spends most of his time reading old sci-fi novels and working. He holds a degree in Linguistics with a minor in Dutch and Tibetan and is highly aware as to how impractical both those languages are.***NOTE FROM ADMIN: Jay Gatz's short story "The Broken Window" has been published in the April 15 - May 15, 2010 print edition of Hennen's Observer.***
