The Virgin Suicide (rewrite)

Her Virgin Voyage

Casting out dark chards of her broken heart

Pure heart falling off edges of stunning love

Her heart flutters down into cold caves of clouds

Her lovers scent now gone!

Virgin walls fall calling out his name

But no name returns all alone tears salt her shame

And night makes its move cradling her hurt heart

Here in watery hands of wet lies

Where sun plunges into shivering shade

Fog takes the blame for vibrant dying eyes

As fierce green seas wash away his blue flame

She stares closely up at death -yet refrains

But under death’s name love shall change

Promised in vow she commands up holding

Bone deep cuts of love must be repaid

Vowing never to stain her soul again while breathing

Sacrificing men who dare stare with hot volcanic eyes

Letting her skirt set sail she scours and seizes seething

Even true men of true heart in loves grieving - must die

Oh, glorious death of innocents worth saving

Salted wounds from desperation sometimes cannot vie

And thus revenge towers over the power of omniscient

Unable to cleanse she begins

To inseminates her virgin suicide

Oh! Sweet revenge

Infectious disease of innocent lovers

Black name in color of innocent ignominy

Refrain me she begs refrain

Forsaking yet another Lover’s stain
