We walk into these shadows freely

Talking so much of tea leaf readings

Dousing water flames to steal the moment

Then sowing close those enlighten freedoms

Here standing rock tall in roman columns

Crying flames watching roasted tears fall

And dying on the cross of a lonely dead end

With no real friends squatting for our rights

We are more undiscovered than uncovered

Our lives lost in thoughts of deep algae moss

Filling thrills by counting our life sentences

Woman hot and moon in man we write

Trade for what else? What else fulfills?

What else would I have me killed by?

But words!

Wow, that was excellent. Ah, mighty, mighty are words! This poem is elegant, well paced, and a joy to read. Thanks Vangoman.

Thank You Alberto, a compliment from you is worth two. Words are what make us, to people like us it's life or death.
