Entombed

Here within my hand rubbing your hair locket

Light should be landing softly within my hold

But curtains close over my own light sockets

Black on black flows over my depressive soul

                                    ..

Lids with lashes slash between white n black

Searching for relief in an answer new and old

Knowing nothing can ever change these facts

White must stain to remain in my darken soul

                                    ..

I try no longer to sail the blue waterways I’ve crafted

Drying time in rhymes from the brink of your deadly disaster

Killing lie’s that spy eating me alive in cries in your ever after

Locked in these memories of lingering smiles from your leftover laughter

                                    ..

I’ve reversed my polarity in clarity per your request not to be a clone

I promised to turn earth from death to rebirth leaving you all alone

But I’ve become a song without a tune in gloom next to your tomb

I know I lied but darling I tried, I just can’t overcome losing you

                                    ..

This life is now a plasma bag which I need to drain

Forgive me for losing to your lost love pain

It’s too late for me to be retrained

I cannot dismiss these heavy rains

I feel alone in my shame

None of you remains

I am to blame

Aim…fire

Loaded with emotion, it's a very intense poem.

Thanks Joshua,I will eventually go back to the metaphor style that most enjoy. But for now I'm just floating words, a little lazy latley.
