What a way to die...

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

What a way to die
Feet running off with your soul
Eyes sealed like heavy doors
Hands I cannot move
Fingers roped and glued
Shadow half torn half sewn
Seeking a life of its own
As mine lies dying

One. Two. Three…
The clock ticks inside of me
Or is it just my frail heart? ?
And unhurried heartbeat

Just the skin, no blood within
The bones all dust and stones
The pain I died for
The body, nothing more
What else have I to lose?

I have become a "BIG" fan of your work, like great brick work you seem to able to put each stone in its most beautiful setting. This piece however I feel it above the rest. Truly an art form. Thnk You.

This is really great. I like the words and the rhymes, and it slips of the tongue so easily. You certain have a talent there, no one could dispute that.
