Words of Melancholy

Star InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar InactiveStar Inactive

A world of hurt pierces my heart

Eating my insides.

This dream:

I once thought was reality

To discover it to be false.

Like a bullet piercing flesh

Your actions kill my soul instantly.

Through my veins your words travel

Delivering the agony to my heart.

My heart contracts and forces every word back through this lifeless body.

Words are like weapons,

Don't use them arbitrarily,

Don't point, unless you plan to kill.

You've planned to kill.

Your words pointed directly at my heart.

Leaving me vulnerable,

And on stage for the world to see.

Crying words of melancholy.

Send a poisonous word into my blood,

Relieve this pain.

Make my veins explode with agony,

A quick death,

Leaving you to starve for your next victim.
