All I've picked up in these last few years
The shards of wisdom fitting crooked together
Every fiber of my natural existence convulsing
Specific antidotes to its relevant ailment
And the rushing blue veins bleeding blackened warnings
Speak clearly in a strangled plea--stop.  Stop!  STOOOOP!!

The almost primal yell at the end makes me think of 'The Scream' by Edvard Munch. Powerful!
